MINISTRIES
breaking of bread
The Lord's Day (Sunday) is a time to search, edify and prepare our hearts before taking part in the Breaking of Bread, worthily.
"For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till He come."1 Corinthians 11:26
worship
The Lord’s Day ministry begins with a time of singing hymns of praise and worship. This is followed by a short message which leads us into a time of individual worship. As God’s children, we have the privilege to fulfil our priestly ministry to offer our individual worship to God.
"By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name."Hebrews 13:15
"O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker."
Psalm 95:6
Bible Teaching
As the Apostle Paul exhorted Timothy, we are to study the Scriptures "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth."2 Timothy 2:15.
This Bible teaching ministry is used to be taught aspects of the Word of God, in a consecutive manner, line upon line, precept upon precept. The purpose of this is to ensure we are not only hearers of the Word of God, but doers also. We are exhorted to apply what we are taught, in our daily walk with the Lord.
"Jesus began both to do and teach." Acts 1:1
youth & Children's ministry
Our Saturday night Youth Meeting is for all ages, a great time for the need of the young to be met by teaching Word of God, making them understand how to put God’s wisdom into practice in their lives. Our young musicians and singers start us off with joy and praise; the teaching of the Word of God is powerful. Then at supper each age group can ask questions or share how God is working in their lives. Group leaders answer questions and clarify the message, while parents and other adults share together.
Parents/adults are also welcome to this ministry as it is very helpful for all!

church prayer
This time has been set aside, as exhorted in the Word of God, for His Church to gather for prayer. It is a very necessary time to pray for the ministry of the Church and for various other prayer requests.

PRAYER AND FASTING
In addition to our weekly Church prayer meeting, we hold a further extended time of prayer and fasting. This is another opportunity for the Church to continue in fervent prayer for matters concerning His church.

holy convocation
This is a few days of meetings where believers meet with the Lord through the ministry of the Word of God. Believers set aside time to still their hearts before God, spending time in His presence. These meetings are to prepare us to consecrate our hearts and lives to serve the Lord. In the evenings the gospel message sounds out, to bring to repentance, faith and assurance of salvation.
"In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein." Leviticus 23:7-8
